2. Information gathered by Rainbow Campaign

You can use the primary functions of Rainbow Campaign, such as browsing and looking at campaigns without giving away any of your data.

However, by registering on Rainbow Campaign, you receive access to the possibility of either creating and running or funding a campaign.

In order for you to create an account you have to register on Rainbow Campaign. When registering on Rainbow Campaign on the domain http://www.rainbowcampaign.com/my-account to become a member you will be asked to fill in the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address
  3. Password

If you use Facebook for your registration, also your first and last name that you use on Facebook will be saved in our database. This option also gives you the possibility to post information of Rainbow Campaign, such as your personal campaign to your Facebook Profile to share with your Facebook friends.

For all funders and campaigners (including a ‘natural person’, ‘business’, or ‘organization’): 

For a natural person (up to €2500 for cash-in or up to €1000 for cash-out):

For a natural person (over €2500 for cash-in or over €1000 for cash-out):

For a natural person (over €15000 for cash-in or cash-out):
In addition to the basic information mentioned above:

  • Occupation (declarative field)
  • Income Range (declarative field)

Note: All transactions (or pledges) will go through, but will be blocked for cash-out until the requested information is received.

For a business or organization (legal representative) (up to €2500 for cash-in or up to €1000 for cash-out):

  • Legal Person Type (‘business’ or ‘organization’)
  • Business Name
  • Generic business email
  • First name of the legal representative
  • Last name of the legal representative
  • Birth date of the legal representative
  • Nationality of the legal representative
  • Country of residence of the legal representative

For a business or organization (over €2500 for cash-in or over €1000 for cash-out):

  • Headquarter address (declarative field)
  • Legal Representative email

  • Certified articles of association (Statute) : formal memorandum stated by the entrepreneurs, in which the following information is mentioned:business name, activity, registered address, shareholding…
  • Proof of registration: Extract from the Company Register issued within the last three months
  • Send the Shareholder declaration
  • The ID or the passport of the individual duly empowered to act on behalf of the legal entity
    or driving licence for UK, USA and Canada

Organization

  • Headquarter address (declarative field)
  • Legal Representative email
  • Legal Representative Address
  • The ID or the passport of the individual duly empowered to act on behalf of the legal entity
    or driving licence for UK, USA and Canada
  • Certified articles of association (Statute)
  • Proof of registration from the official authority

 

 

You can change your data at any time when logging into „Your account“ and then „Update your profile“

Once you decide to delete your account, also all information on your data will be deleted as well.

In case you don’t sign up for a membership and only decide to receive our newsletter, we will save the following information about you in order to fulfill our services to you:

  • Email address

By giving us your email adress, and checking the box „Newsletter“ , you specifically inform us that you want to receive our newsletter, or any other periodic updates.

You can unsubscribe to our newsletter and other periodic updates at any time. We will permanently delete your email adress.

In case we have email communication with you or you post regularly on our platform,we may keep this history information along with our replies to you.

When you post on our platform, e.g. on a blog post or you leave a comment, you communicate publicly and your messages will be shown to other users of our platform. We might have a copy available in cached or archived pages and other users have possibility to copy and store information you publicly posted. If you wish that this information should be removed, you can contact us via: info@rainbowcampaign.com. In some cases, it is not possible for us to delete this information. If this is the case, we will inform you about it.

3. Use of data

That means, for example when we enter into a partnership with our payment pocessor or our hosting servers. Without a hosting server, Rainbow Campaign could not function. These hosting servers are legally obliged to not give out any data they host.

In some very rare cases, we do also reserve the right to disclose your information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding or court order or when we we reasonably judge that the security of Rainbow Campaign or ist users is threatend by certain actions of you.

If you are a campaigner, the following information may be share the following information with your funder in case you failed on your obligation tot fulfill your perks:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any other of your contact information so, your funder can get into contact with you in order fort hem to receive the funds you promised for their perks

If you are a funder, we will give out te following information about you to your campaigner, so they can fulfill their duty to provide you their perks:

  • Your Name
  • Your email address
  • Your shipping address

3.1. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a digital analytics tool offered by Google Inc. Google Analytics generates detailed statistics about a website‘s traffic and traffic sources and measures conversions and sales. uses Cookies. Google Analytics uses Cookies. Cookies are text data that (if enabled on your browser) that is stored on your computer and enables an analysis about the usage of the webpage. These cookies information is transmitted in a non-personally identifiable manner to a server in the USA. This information is being used in order to analyse usage oft he webpage, to create reports about web site activities and to fulfill further services in connection with website usage. 4. Children’s Security and Privacy

Especially children’s security is important to us. That’s why we do not allow children under 13 years to perform any activities on our platform. If we find any content posted by a child on our platform, we will immediately delete that content. Please contact us, if you see a child performing activities on our platform. A child/teenager between 13 and 17 needs the written consent and proof of identification of a supervisory adul

5. Cookies

Rainbow Campaign uses Cookies on some of its pages to give you a better experience and service you better. Also some functionalities are not possible without the usage of Cookies. 6. Deleting of data

All your data that you entered during the registration process will be deleted fro mour server once you delete your registration at Rainbow Campaign. What will not be deleted is your campaign(s) that you posted. In case you want to have it taken off, please inform us at: infor@rainbowcampaign.com

We take a high effort to protect your personal information stored in our database. Our site is protected through a Access to your personal information is limited to only authorized staff of Pretty Long who need that information to perform their job functions.

We use Security Sockets Layer (SSL), which is an encryption technology so sensitive information, such as your password or email adresses will be fully necrypted before sent over the internet.

Also your password is stored in a encrypted form which makes it computationally impossible for anyone, including us, to derive the plain text password from it.

We will never store your credit card information in our data base or servers.

We also want to point ot that even the safest servers or data bases are not 100% secure. Therefore we cannot guarantee absoulte security at all times.If you have any question about security of your data, don’t hesitate to contact us.
